The Flinders Quarter Story
Flinders Quarter is the home of Melbourne’s creative and entrepreneurial community with boutique, vertical, independent and long standing stores and micro enterprises.
It is the heart of Melbourne’s original ‘rag trade’ and a mecca for the city’s thriving coffee and dining culture, and nightlife, with hole-in-the-wall cafes, eateries, bars and the some of the city’s best restaurants.
Flinders Quarter stretches from Swanston Street to Elizabeth Street, between Flinders Street and Collins Streets, taking in the iconic Degraves Street and Centre Place, along with the Nicholas Building.
Rail Projects Victoria and Cross Yarra Partnership are supporting businesses in Flinders Quarter during construction of the Metro Tunnel Project.
